Integrated Device Solutions GmbH (IDS) offers a 360 ° support in innovation, industrialization and transfer of devices and consumables made of polymers for the medical device, diagnostics, pharma/biotech- and life science industry. IDS acts as Interim Manager, Consultant or Project Manager to execute a dedicated work package according to the project description, incl. the specified deliverables and documents. During the different projects phase (concept, design Input, development, design output, transfer & life cycle management) IDS provides the following services: Innovation, Project management, Feasibility studies incl. prototypes, Design for manufacturing (by dedicated partners), injection molding tools (by dedicated partners), Qualification & validation of equipment and processes, Injection molding and manufacturing (by dedicated partners), Re-qualification & -validation of injection molding tools, equipment & periodic quality reviews and Supplier management.
